FRC TCG is a free-to-use web application that allows users to collect, manage, and battle with digital trading cards themed around FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams. The App is provided as-is for entertainment and community engagement purposes.
The App is open to anyone worldwide. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use the App.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

All card artwork, design, and content within the App are the property of FRC TCG and their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the App without explicit written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRC TCG and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
